In July 2024, Connie became a Certified Medium affiliated with the Helping Parents Heal (HPH) organization, a non-profit organization specifically dedicated to helping parents whose children have passed. Through support and resources this organization aspires to help individuals become "Shining Light Parents", meaning a shift from a state of emotional heaviness to hopefulness and greater peace of mind.
